Some Android phones may terminate programs running in the background in order to optimize system performance. If SoftRM Assistant is not running, it cannot remind you.
SoftRM Assistant stores data locally. Please back up the data regularly.
Data can be backed up to a computer, e-mail or other device.
Below are several ways to restore data:
- Save the data backup file (.pabak) to the phone storage, browse the file (.pabak) on "Data Backup/Restore" page in SoftRM Assistant, and restore the data following the prompts.
- Save the data backup file (.pabak) to the phone storage, run "File Management" on the phone, browse the file (.pabak), click the file and select "Open With Other Apps", and then select SoftRM Assistant in the app list.
- Send the data backup file (.pabak) to the mobile phone through e-mail, receive the e-mail on the mobile phone, click the data backup file (.pabak) attached to the e-mail, select "Open With Other Apps", and then select SoftRM Assistant in the app list.
